For those staying near the center of town there are many options.

Alongside all streets there are walking paths that can be used for running.
The seaside paths on each side are never too far away, and offer many different variations.
In the middle of town Tjörnin and Hljómskálagarður are good options for traffic-free runs.

The paths along around the airport are also very popular for runners and cyclists.

The shorter run is 3 km and the longer one 8 km.
